(Goldfields) Esperance Community Mental Health
This service provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for people with mental health problems – Aboriginal Mental Health, Older Adult Mental Health, Emergency mental health intervention, Suicide prevention/intervention, Anxiety disorders, Depression, Schizophrenia, acute and persistent, Bipolar affective disorder.
Our preferred referral method is through your General Practitioner, however there are other referral options:
- Your General Practitioner (preferred option)
- Crisis and emergency services
- Other health services
- Community agencies
- Schools
- Private Psychiatrists or other doctors
- Yourself
- A relative, carer or friend

Bay of Isles Community Outreach Inc. (BOICO) is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation providing Non Clinical Mental Health Outreach Services in the South East Goldfields Region. It is a recovery focused community agency, providing community mental health support services, and advocating for people in rural and remote WA who are affected by mental illness.
Services provided include – Wellways Education programs for carers and consumers; Flexible respite and family support options for carers of people with severe mental; Psychosocial programs and community activities for People with severe, chronic and persistent mental illness and Skills for independent living support.
